Return and Exchange Policy:
At DoubleLock USA, as Bullish as we are, we know that sometimes products don’t fit your needs. DoubleLock USA offers a return policy, within 30 days of receiving your purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our team via link BullStrong@doublelockusa.com to obtain instructions.
To qualify for a return or exchange, products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and unused. Applicable keys, codes or accessories must be included. Locks are heavy, so return shipping or freight fees may be applicable. Because there are bank, credit card and 3rd party transaction fees, a 5% cancelation fee will be applicable to all canceled sales - we hate it too.
Warranty Information:
DoubleLock USA stands behind the quality of our products. Our Limited Warranty covers any defects in material and workmanship for ONE YEAR from the date of the validated purchase. If a defect arises within this warranty period, we'll replace the defective device with a new one of the same type. Our warranty does not include keys, SO PLACE THE MASTER KEY IN A SAFE PLACE.
DoubleLock USA does not cover damage resulting from misuse, alteration of the product, or other failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
We are Bullish, but no locks are impervious. DoubleLock products are designed to deter theft but we cannot guarantee complete prevention in all cases. Therefore, DoubleLock USA cannot be responsible for any assets or items that are stolen or damaged during a criminal attempt.
DoubleLock USA is not liable for damages or costs associated with lost keys or number codes. Replacement Keys are NOT available, SO SECURE THE MASTER KEY IN A SAFE PLACE. We also cannot be held responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by improper use of the product.
Use and Care:
Doublelock USA recommends regular lubrication of your Locks and Padlocks to prevent jamming and ensure continuous trouble-free operation. We recommend using an anti-moisture, anti-corrosion lubricant made with a high-grade oil and lanolin base for this purpose. Marine and high saltwater environments may require additional lubrication to maintain optimal use.
First, clean your Lock or Padlock from any dust and grime (you may want to use degreaser spray for heavily soiled products). The areas that need lubrication are the cylinder, combination dial and any insertion points, such as shackle tips and deadbolt locking points. Next, apply a small amount of lubricant to the parts listed above and proceed to open and close / lock and unlock your lock at least five times to ensure even coating of all internal parts. Last, wipe away any remaining lubricant and repeat regularly to keep your product in top condition.
Locks can be heavy. Misuse, or accidents like dropping them on a your foot, your hand, your friend's toes, etc, will make you or your friend very unhappy; but DoubleLock USA takes no responsibility. So please be safe, and save an unhappy foot or friend.
California Proposition 65 Notice
California Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings about significant exposures to chemicals that the State of California has identified as causing cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. The list contains more than 900 chemicals, some of which may be present in our products or used during the manufacturing process.
As a result, certain DoubleLock products carry a Proposition 65 warning.
We do not believe our products present a hazard when used properly and for their intended purpose. For more information about Proposition 65 and its warnings, please visit www.P65Warnings.ca.gov.

We would like to thank the State of California for protecting consumers—and for the additional compliance, labeling, packaging, and other costs that regulations like this can create. Whether those costs ultimately benefit consumers is a discussion for another day. That's simply our opinion.
In the meantime, some common sense goes a long way.
Please do not eat our products. Do not burn or smoke them. Do not use them as a hammer, a nail, fertilizer, cookware, or for the commission of a crime. In fact, we strongly recommend using our products only for their intended purpose.
If you intend to do otherwise, we kindly ask that you purchase from one of our competitors.

Governing Law — Welcome to Florida
DoubleLock USA, LLC is a Florida company. By shopping on this website, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, these Terms and any dispute arising from your purchase or use of this website will be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We operate our business in Florida. Accordingly, we prefer Florida law not the laws of Wackadoodleville, USA to govern our relationship with our customers whenever legally permitted. Of course, certain state or federal laws may apply regardless of what we put in these Terms. Apparently even Wackadoodleville has limits.
Translation: We sell locks from Florida. We would greatly prefer not to need 50 different versions of the rulebook. No attorneys were harmed in constructing these disclaimers... only their feelings.
